Chicken Wing Recipe
Pat chicken wings dry, season lightly, and roast on a rack in a 425°F (220°C) oven, turning once, until crisp and fully cooked. Toss the hot wings with Mike's Hot Honey and a little melted butter, then serve immediately.
Food safety: Use a food thermometer and cook poultry to at least 165°F (74°C).
Smithfield Mike's Hot Honey Bacon Egg and Cheese
Cook the bacon until crisp and cook the egg to your preferred safe doneness. Layer bacon, egg, and melting cheese on a toasted roll, finish with a measured drizzle of Mike's Hot Honey, and close the sandwich while warm.
Keep raw and cooked ingredients separate and refrigerate leftovers promptly.
The "Sting Like a Bee" Cocktail
Stir a small spoonful of Mike's Hot Honey with fresh lemon juice until dissolved. Add whiskey and ice, shake until chilled, and strain into an ice-filled glass. Adjust sweetness with a little more lemon or water.
